Chardonnay Methode Cap Classique 2018
This vintage wine was made from carefully nurtured Chardonnay grapes, according to the traditional method, known in South Africa as Méthode Cap Classique. The wine spends extensive time on the yeast sediment giving great depth and has a delicate yeasty nose with lime and melon undertones finishing with butterscotch on the mouth.
