Kindly be informed our outside area has right of admission reserve area and that our park follows rules and regulations to keep the park and property clean and safe.
Play Park Bookings
- Bookings of 40pax maximum (Adults + Kids)
- Bookings need to be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your gathering.
- Up to 3x6 seater park benches provided per group.
- Up to 3 Wooden pallets and blankets can be provided on request.
- Entrance to the playpark is R40 per child. (Children under 2 years enter free of charge)
Please inform us when booking how long you would like to book for. We work on a first come first serve basis and with this information, we can keep your pre-arranged space aside.
Please inform us in advance the amount of adult and kids together and any items you would like to pre-order.

KOEL-tainer
The Koel-tainer kiosk is a self-help shop which provides a selection of our Koelenhof, Koelenbosch and Stellenbosch Gold range’s wines. We also have freshly made roosterkoek, various fillings, kids snack buckets, cheese platters, coffee, sorbet & gelato tubs, etc. (List of items can be requested beforehand if you would like to pre-order items for your group.)
- Please note our KOEL-tainer is cashless.
- Payment can be made by Card, Zapper and Snapscan.
- Payments can be made on the day at the Koel-tainer.
Refunds and rainy weather.
If rainy weather is expected, it needs to be cancelled a day in advance for refunds on pre-paid items.
PARTY DECOR
ALLOWED
- Cake or Cupcakes
- Foil balloons (No Latex balloons)
- Please bring own paper plates and cutlery for cake.
- Please bring own knife to cut cake.
- If kids party, tablecloth for pallets.
- Empty themed party bag or box (content must be bought from Koel-tainer)
- Stand banner or stand décor prop.
NOT ALLOWED
- No latex balloons.
- No confetti
- No balloons or décor attached to trees.
- No piñatas.
- No ride on toys or toys allowed.
- No drawing, painting, or clay stationary.
- No face painting.
- No music.
Playpark + Outside Area RULES
- No outside food and drinks allowed. (Except for a cake or cupcakes.)
- No animals and no smoking in the outside area or playpark (We have a designated smoking area.)
- Please help us to keep our outside area clean.
- No outside furniture. (Chairs, camping chairs, tables etc.)
- We do have a park indemnity that needs to be signed before kids may play on the equipment.
