How do I ACTIVATE my MEMBERSHIP?

After signing up for our newsletter, customers are required to purchase 24 non-discounted wines to ACTIVATE their membership.

I am a KOELVIP but I do not have the code to get 15% off?

The code is KOELVIP. Your membership is linked to a specific email address and the code will only work if you have ACTIVATED your membership by purchasing 24 bottles of non-discounted wines in the past.

  • Purchase of 24 non-discounted wines (excluding grape juice) to ACTIVATE membership.
  • 15% discount applies to FUTURE orders only (i.e. first order is excluded).
  • 15% Discount is valid online + at cellar door.
  • Discount applies only to non-discounted wines.
  • Wines included in FREE Tasting Box (6 bottles) varies periodically depending on availability.
  • Discount code will be sent via email which can be used online for future orders and a membership card which may be used at our cellar door.
  • KOELVIP's are required to purchase at least 24 bottles per year to keep their membership active.
